📜 Terms & Conditions – Bell Tent Sleepover & Movie Night Hire

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By placing a booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.

• We accept payments via bank transfer

• A £50 cash damage deposit is required on the day of delivery. This will be returned in full at collection, provided no loss or damage has occurred.

• Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event will be charged at 50% of the full booking fee.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of setup will be charged in full.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative date (excluding deposit).

3. Weather Conditions

• Our tents are suitable for most weather conditions. However, for severe rain, storms, or high winds, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone for safety reasons.

• If the weather prevents safe setup, we will work with you to reschedule or refund your payment (excluding deposit).

4. Site Requirements

• A flat, grassed area of at least 7m x 7m is required for our 5m bell tent.

• We cannot set up on artificial grass, decking, gravel, or uneven/sloped ground.

• Please ensure the site is free of obstacles (e.g., pet waste, garden furniture, toys) before our arrival.

• We require clear and safe access to the setup location.

5. Equipment Hire

• All hired items (including beds, bedding, trays, projector equipment, etc.) remain the property of Wild Party Hire

• Any loss or damage to equipment or décor will be charged at replacement cost and may be deducted from the damage deposit.

• Please do not allow guests to jump on beds, damage furnishings, or misuse decorations.

6. Safety & Supervision

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the tent and equipment.

• Projector and electrical equipment must only be operated by an adult.

• Open flames, candles, or smoking are strictly prohibited inside or near the tent.

7. Set-Up & Collection

• We will agree on a setup time and collection time with you in advance.

• Setup usually takes 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your package.

• Please ensure someone over 18 is present during setup and collection.

• All hired items must be kept in the tent and returned in good condition.

• The £50 cash damage deposit will be refunded at collection, pending inspection.

8. Liability

• We are fully insured for public liability; however, we accept no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage during your hire period.

• It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all guests behave responsibly.

9. Use of Photos

• We may take photos of our setup for promotional purposes.

• We will never photograph children or guests without prior written consent.

• If you prefer not to have photos used, please let us know when booking.
