Terms and Conditions for Hiring Inflatable Nightclubs

1. Booking & Deposit

  • All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed in writing (email or signed contract).
  • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required. Your reservation will not be confirmed until this payment is received.
  • Full payment is due 1 week prior to the hire date.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery and collection times are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon 1 week before.
  • We will deliver and set up the inflatable nightclub at the agreed-upon location.
  • Collection will be arranged at the end of the hire period.
  • Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the Nightclub and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our team.

4. Site Requirements

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the chosen location is suitable and secure for the inflatable nightclub.
  • Crucial: The site must have a flat, level surface free from any obstructions (trees, fences, overhead wires, etc.).
  • Space Requirements:
    • Minimum clear space required: [Dimensions 17ft x 22ft]
    • Important: If the actual site dimensions are less than the minimum required upon our arrival, the deposit will be forfeited, and the booking will be canceled.
  • The customer must ensure the ground is suitable for anchoring the inflatable nightclub (e.g., grass, hard-standing).
  • If your property features artificial grass, please inform us prior to your event. Our equipment requires secure anchoring, and traditional ground pegs will not be suitable for artificial grass surfaces. We can provide alternative anchoring methods, such as sandbags, upon notification.

The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for the delivery and collection. Please ensure the access routes are clear of any obstructions.

  • Inflatable Nightclubs: Require a minimum of 90cm (35.4 inches) of clear side access.
  • Inflatable Pubs: Require a minimum of 1.2m (47.2 inches) of clear side access.

5. Safety & Supervision

  • The customer is responsible for the safe and proper use of the inflatable nightclub.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • Smoking and the use of barbecues are strictly prohibited within the vicinity of the inflatable structure.
  • The inflatable nightclub must not be used as a bouncy castle, climbing and running into the walls is prohibited, we always know!
  • No sharp objects or glassware are permitted inside the inflatable nightclub.
  • Inflatable structures must not be used in winds exceeding 24mph. In the event of a weather forecast predicting wind speeds above this limit, we will unfortunately need to cancel the booking. You will be offered the option of a full refund or rescheduling your event to an alternative date.
  • Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
  • The customer agrees to comply with all relevant safety guidelines.

6. Damage & Breakages

  • The customer is responsible for any damage or breakages to the inflatable nightclub during the hire period.
  • The inflatable nightclub requires continuous operation overnight. The blower must remain operational throughout the hire period, including overnight. If noise concerns are anticipated, we can provide a blower silencer upon request.
  • Any damage or breakages will be assessed and may result in repair charges or replacement costs.
  • In the event of any cigarette burns found on the property upon our departure, the £50 damage deposit will be forfeited to cover the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged carpets.
  • The customer must report any damage or breakages immediately.
  • The use of party-poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers, or "silly string" is strictly prohibited on or near the inflatable structure, as these materials may cause permanent staining and you will be held liable for any resulting damage.

7. Cancellation

  • In the event of cancellation by the customer:
    • No deposit refunds for cancellations
    In the event of cancellation by us:
    • We will use our best efforts to find an alternative solution or provide a full refund.

8. Liability

  • We accept no liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the hire period.
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for the safety of all individuals using the inflatable nightclub.

9. Disclaimer

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous agreements.

11. Contact

By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
